Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage works with the soft tissue structures of the body (the muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs) to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress in order to promote health and wellness while improving the rate at which the body recovers from an injury or illness.
Insurance receipts provided. Please request receipt prior to your service. Also, flexible daytime and evening appointments are available.

Spa Sans Souci is pleased to have Sean Lang (bio below) as part of our team.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Sean has lived in the Merrickville area for most of his adult life. His first training in the field of massage was 20 years ago at The School of Shiatsu and Massage in Harbin Hot Springs, California. At this school, Sean was trained in the arts of Watsu, Shiatsu, Healing Intimate Trauma and Swedish Massage.
Upon completion of his training, he returned to Merrickville and opened “Watsu, North”. This was both a facility of education and healing. Sean helped train people from all over Canada and the U.S in the art of Watsu as well as performed treatments involving Shiatsu, Watsu and Massage.
In his desire to further develop his massage skills, Sean decided to enroll in the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa. He graduated and completed his provincial exams in 2007.
His approach to massage is holistic in nature and treats the body, mind, and spirit in each of his sessions
He now brings his 20 years of experience to you, at Spa Sans Souci, and is looking forward to meeting you soon!
Massage Therapy is not covered by OHIP, however many health care benefit packages and insurance packages cover a number of different treatments.
