Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage works with the soft tissue structures of the body (the muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs) to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress in order to promote health and wellness while improving the rate at which the body recovers from an injury or illness.

Insurance receipts provided. Please request receipt prior to your service.  Flexible daytime and evening appointments are available.

Spa Sans Souci is pleased to have Suzy Brickell (bio below) as part of our team.

Suzy Brickell RMT trained at Algonquin College where she graduated with honours and received the Lippencott Award of Excellence. She continues to teach two courses at the College and is on the council for the Massage Therapy Advisory Committee at Algonquin.

Suzy specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic techniques including scar treatment (mastectomy, surgical), sports massage and relaxation treatments.

Massage Therapy is covered by many extended health care packages and is effective in treating many impairments such as tendonitis, headaches, muscle soreness, abdominal issues, pregnancy related soreness, sciatica etc...
